95 kv/m size apartment has spacious living room with entrance to outdoor terrace, kitchen with all equipment, two bedroom, one of them with balcon, spacious bathroom with shower cabin and bubble-bath, laundry room. There is alarm system. You feel like home in this apartment. There is enclosed courtyard with gazebo and barbecue.
